I am still buzzing from watching the premiere of the short film, “Rise” with several other Stacy’s Rise Project winners at the “Roots to Rise” marketplace at Sundance Institute. As a member of Stacy’s Rise Class of 2020 and a founder whose products were featured in the marketplace, I can confirm that the support from Stacy’s Rise/PepsiCo helped Upbounders® become the success that it is today.
it was inspiring meeting Stacy Madison for the first time in person and, afterwards, talking with the Stacy’s Rise winners featured in the movie. As I was talking with Sajani Amarasiri and her husband about the triumphs and challenges of growing your business, with my husband with me and my son nearby in Park City, I was reminded of the importance of being part of a supportive community
So many of our businesses reflect our “roots.” Every day we work to bring what’s special about our individual communities to the world through our companies. This is very true of Upbounders®. We have some exciting announcements coming up over the next few weeks, one of which will bring miniature versions of our joyfully diverse toys to tens of thousands of kids in the month of February. Keep an eye out for the details on Upbounders.com.
In the meantime, please continue to find us in Nordstrom , Kohl's, Target, and other major retailers. And in our booming Amazon marketplace. So much of this is thanks to The Stacy’s Rise Project which provided us with financial support and mentoring that allowed us to invest in inventory, new products, sprucing up of our website, and branding. Inspired by my fellow founders and the fresh mountain air…onward!
